Came here 2 weeks ago to get prices on used jewelry. I was quoted $240 walking in. No deal or negotiating, just walking in. I walk in today to question the same piece of jewelry, they quote $300. I make a deal for $200, they come back with $250. I don't understand their pricing strategy, especially if the gold price per oz has decreased. When I went originally it was $1331 per ounce and today its at $1320. How do your prices go up and the pennyweight is lower? Then I tell the gentleman he is over pricing his quote and he disregards it. I don't know about the rest of their merchandise,  but I certainly don't think their pricing on jewelry is ethical. I won't be returning anymore. It's a shame, they have pretty things.
