Have banked with SunTrust, Chase, recently Wells Fargo aka Wachovia and as of one month ago this locations Bank Of America. They only have one teller working and a black woman whom I assume is going to eventually be a banker. Everytime I have come to this location there is only one teller working and 6 people walking around in suits or hiding in their offices. One woman is extremely friendly and is the woman who signed me up for my bank account. The black woman who as far as I'm concerned is a receptionist asked for my certifications for my dog to be with me. This is a HUGE NO NO PER ADA guidelines. You may ask if my animal is a service animal but you have no legal right to ask for me to furnish any paperwork. She told me if I didn't have it on me then my dog would have to wait outside. Its 100 plus degrees and be is my service animal for a reason. My girlfriend offered to wait out with our dog whom is ADA certified. My girlfriend knew I was about to blow up so she defused the situation. The only reason for my visit was taking time out of my day as my regular debit card had not come in the mail and now my temporary stopped working. After kicking my ADA CERTIFIED DOG OUT! I was told I had to wait up to 15 mins for a banker in an office to get me another temp card and reissue the regular card to my address. I said I wanted to wait outside with my dog whom is my ADA CERTIFIED companion. Asked if she would come get me as i literally could see in the door when the next banker was available. She promised she would so i walked out with my girlfriend and our ADA CERTIFIED DOG! After 15 mins I decided to call customer service and see if they could assist me faster. Sure enough the customer service was able to reissue and expedite my regular debit card that was obviously lost in the mail. He made a suggestion that I could take out some cash to hold me over until my card came in the mail. I stood inline as the woman that kicked my ADA CERTIFIED dog out had disapperead and some other woman had sat down waiting for a banker. All of a sudden the banker in the office took the other woman and as i was finishing up the black woman came back and asked if I had resolved my issue. I explained that i had figured it out already. She then had a random person go to grab me a temporary card, saying it will only take a minute. I told her I had taken care of it via the phone as i had already waited long enough and the other woman who had sat down jumped in front of me and I was skipped. She continued to tell me it would only take a second. I asked then why did I have to wait for a banker? Why was my ADA compliant dog kicked out. If it was that easy why didn't you do this 20 mins ago before I had to call customer service and take cash out of the bank myself? Why? She gave me a stupid look and i said don't worry I already did your job for you as i couldn't wait any longer. I am closing account next week and going back to Chase! Avoid this location like the plague. The 2 times i have been here this kind of service from this same woman is what I have received not to mention literally everytime I am there they do not have but one damn teller! Trashbags

They offered me to have another credit card and even I didn’t want it, they issued it anyways and that happened to me twice in this same location!!! At the present, I had to come back because this is the only BA close to home, and I noticed those who made me pass through this bad experience are not working there anymore. Now the service is good but I’m still afraid to be tricked again.

This place is awful. They have drive- through windows but they don't use them. My son is 3 years old and has autism. I had to hold him in the line and he weighs 35 pounds. They only had ONE bank teller working. There were 5 of us in line. The person behind me left. It took 15 minutes. They need to have more staff working behind the counter. They should have the "greeter" go and help behind the counter.

Been with this bank for over a decade. Went to this brach to open my small business account, Gina helped me. She was very nice and diligent while I was opening my account. However, when I was leaving she told me she would link all my accounts together for me the next day so i'd be able to transfer money, make payments...etc. Well 2 weeks go by and she never did. I contacted her more than 3 times via phone, left a voicemail and then resorted to email, she said she tried to do it but that she had been placed on hold for a very long time. I went ahead and called customer service myself and fixed this issue within 15 minutes. Had I known I could do it myself, I would have done it right away. Don't tell a customer you will do something for them if you are not gonna do it. 3 stars because this created an inconvenience for my business and Gina did not acknowledge this as a customer's priority for 2 weeks straight. Every customer deserves the same amount of attention and service.

Horrible service.. the teller didn't even count my deposit. My deposit was more then what I gave her and didn't even count it. She assumed it was ok... than gave me an attitude about it cuz she had to count all her morning money. After she counted all her money she was over the extra I told her.... she needs to do her job properly. How can I trust my money with Bank of America now, they can't even teach the employees how to count.... also teach the employees how to smile and say sorry.....
