He helped us to get a great deal on our first homestead in the Humboldt hills, and to find our current beautiful home in town, when everyone told us that "nothing was available". He has always been 100% honest, and we have benefited by his years of experience, insiders knowledge of the Southern Humboldt market and his vast contacts.

The owner took money from us gave my husband a receipt, but never did the work. We can't find our copy of the reciept now so he completely denies that we gave him a $1000!!! Shady, liar & now thief.

I concur with other reviewers on the practices of fraud, but also severe incompetence combined with apathy.  Thankfully it now seems Stuart is being investigated by the BRE.  Hopefully they will have this place shut down and closed soon.
