STEER CLEAR of Rei Shore and her company. I rented her home in humboldt back in 2016 and had given her a $6000 security deposit. Her home was being forclosed and she needed to sell it or she would lose it. She decided to give me a 30 day notice (i was on a month to month at the time because my lease expired) and then wrongfully stole my $6000 Dollar security deposit. She had been acting really weird the last month and i knew something was up (maybe drugs). So on the move out day i took my cell phone and video recorded the entire move out inspection showing the condition of the house (which was excellent! I still have the video!). 
When i started recording she got really angry and even smacked my arm trying to get my phone (which is also on video. I still continued recording and we walked through the entire house which clearly showed no damage, and the house was VERY clean.
A couple weeks later she sent me a rediclous letter saying i owed “$10,000” Dollars!! It said obsurd things like the carpet needed to be replace (which it clearly didnt, as you could see in the move out videos) and she charged just about 6k for that.
So she ended up keeping my 6k and saying i owed another 4k.
Lost story short i tried taking her to court to win my security deposit back, and she had sold the house already and left town. I had paid the police to serve her court papers and she was no where to be found. I still havent found her to take her to court. But the papers were filed, and i have the video to prove how much of a scam artist Rei Shore is.
