Our service representative was great. Very personable and explained everything. I did make an appointment for 7:20 am and arrived on time. Right up front he let us know it may take up to an hour or hour and a half. It took the full hour and a half. I realize they do more than just change the oil but that seems an excessive amount of time for that type of service which is no reflection on the service writer.

Daniel was awesome- he was very patient and let us see several cars. We did not feel pressure from him, as he let us choose the best vehicle for us. They were flexible on financing and presented us with a great deal. I would highly recommend you go into the dealer and ask for Daniel!

Amazing experience so far with this Company. I dealt with many dealers in my search for my new Mustang GT, and Peoria For, specifically Carlos, Tim, and Dell were all amazing and got my in the right car! Thank you gentlemen for taking the time and even staying late to get me going in a time crunch! I look forward to having a great experience and continued relationship with you all in the future!

I only gave it 2 stars because the sales guy was really nice but this place doesn't know how to do a deal and how to treat there customers. They had the specific truck we were interested in so we made the hour drive. We told them what our payment needed to be and what we wanted to pay. (It wasn't an out there in space never gonna happen way out of the way range either) we had a good chunk of equity in our trade and were looking at last year's model. They couldn't get us in range so we walked out that day. They called the next day saying they would throw in gap insurance, service contract and extended warranty so we agreed even though the payment was a little but more then we wanted but because they were giving us that for free we would do it. When we got there the price on the paper work was up over 4000 dollars more. They told us to get approved for our interest rate with that bank that we needed all that and they can't just give to us for free. We drove out of our way because we were told one thing but that wasn't the case they just tried to screw us! We went to Berge Ford in mesa and ordered a bran new truck with everything we want for a better price with that same bank and got our payment even lower with them! Peoria Ford is just out to screw people and waste people time they flat out lied to us. Please people don't just sign and read the Deal!

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. NOBODY that works in sales or finance returns phone calls ever! NOBODY! Literally, left messages with the receptionist for 3 different people for almost 3 weeks straight with no call back from anyone. Some employees either don't have their voicemail setup or it's full and you can't leave a message. They sold me the top maintenance plan but when I went to use it, the MP provider told me I didn't have the plan I paid for. So I spent weeks getting that fixed. It took me over FOUR MONTHS to get my gap insurance refund from them! They kept giving me phone numbers and "other" people to call, saying I had to get the refund elsewhere. Everyone I called or mailed my refund info to, told me Peoria Ford needed to do the refund. Finally, after having to drive to the dealership and speak with the finance manager in person, he said they would give me the refund but it would probably take 6-8 weeks! After I already had gotten the runaround from them for almost 4 months! I finally get my refund check and it's a 3rd party check that even the bank I've been with for 38years wouldn't cash it! Never buy a vehicle there again! Only positive thing I can say is so far the service department has been great.
