Went in with an appointment at six to get new tires.
Tony & Osiel were very helpful in explaining to me the whole process & about how long it would take.
The technician Barry even cleaned one of the new tires that seemed to have gotten dirty for me before putting it on my vehicle.
I'm very please with the service team over here & I will be back.!

I took my vehicle in for service when they were busy without and appointment they got me in as quick as they could and taken care of, as I feel in a timely manner. The staff was great and informative.

Got a new battery installed. Experience was ok. A little confusing as they have a service center, and also the store. I went into the store and asked for a battery , then service person told me I would be charged an install fee if I bought battery from store, but no charge if I bought battery from service center. I ended up having to walk the battery over to service center to pay for it there to avoid installation fees. Older store but large selection of auto parts.

I had an appointment this morning at 8am, showed up about 15 minutes early was greeted by a very nice woman at the front counter who set up all my paperwork for an oil change only to find out that they do not provide smog checks at this location even though the website allowed me to check it as an option. Anyway, after waiting until around 8:20am with my car not so much as even going into the bay I told the girl I was going elsewhere. Turns out their service tech decided not to come to work today...I really should have read and heeded the reviews prior to going there as they lack any kind of anything in customer service.

We had a 4:15 appt to get new tires put on. My husband had called twice during the day to verify the tires were in stock (yes). Dropped vehicle off... fast forward to 6:15pm (TWO HOURS AFTER THE APPT TIME!!!) when they call him in to tell him they can't find the tires, so could he come back on Friday? UM, NO!!! What is the point of an appointment if you can't even get in for two hours, and still can't get serviced? Terrible customer service. Poorly run operation here. Go elsewhere where they value your time.
