Chris has been really helpful. My wife's car need some extensive repairs. Chris told me he would do what he could to keep the cost down. When all repairs were done, more work was done and yet it was still less than what he quoted me. Very friendly and helpful!

Guy works so hard to make us happy, we have taken 4 different cars to him over the years and highly recommend. Had a situation once where there was some concern about the repair and the guys at Shepherd picked up a spare key from my home and went to the parking lot I left the car (I was out of town for a few days) got the car, fixed the issue a second time and returned the car to the lot in time for me to get it when I got back in town. PHENOMENAL - I didn't ask them to do that, they came up with this solution on their own. #HIGHLYRECOMMEND

Great place to bring your vehicles. Been coming here for 6+ years and take all three vehicles here. Trustworthy, honest, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend to anyone who asks where to go!

I have never come across such a group of honest and customer driven people in my life. Shepherd Automotive is "The Most Honest" automotive repair shop that I have ever dealt with. At Shepherd Automotive there is no price gouging, just honest and fair repair cost.  Shepherd Automotive goes above and beyond to service their customers, which in turn makes you want to continue doing business with them.  A little over 3 years ago, I was introduced to Shepherd Automotive and they now have a customer for life.  My gratitude to the Shepherp Automotive family is "To the Moon and Back".  Thank you Guy, Chris and all the fellas for such a wonderful  experience. God Bless you all.

In an industry that the norm can be dishonesty and price gouging, Shepherd is a breath of fresh air. This isn’t a place you go for a quick bubble bum and duct tape repair. You get what you pay for here and more, great quality and a business that stands behind their work 100%. Definitely recommend coming here for all your automotive needs.
