Went in for a battery this morning. I drove up to the service bay to ask where they wanted me to park since battery would die after I shut off the engine. The service manager and three of his guys were eating their breakfast burritos and totally ignored me. I raised my voice to a yell asking for help and they just keep their backs to me and ate their breakfast. Finally Robert from the end bay who was working come over was very helpful. I saw the manager inside and advise him of my displeasure. He simple said that he did not hear me. I think it's time for a new service manager.

Smells like cancer, ridiculous prices, no assistance, takes forever for their tire service.

They do however have a decent selection of cleaning products and they have NFC payment available.

After a terrible experience with the autozone in La Habra, I tried here. Ralph and Jose(in the service center) were kind, efficient, and understanding. I would thoroughly recommend!
