Great place that handled everything for me from dealing with my Farmers Insurance  agent,  getting me a great rate on a rental car and then doing an excellent job repairing my Mercedes Sprinter.  Turn around was also incredible. 
I highly recommend this facility.  Speak with Russ and trust that all will soon be good again..

I came here to get my car fixed for some minor body work. Sean, the estimator at the shop, greeted me upon my arrival and he was VERY helpful. My Insurance covered the rental for the few days Sharper Image had my car,  and Sean was nice enough to have some pleasant conversation with me until the rental car company came and got me.
The work done was very good at the end of the few days, and they actually finished sooner than initially promised. There ended up being a weird code issue, that wasn't the shop's fault. The shop took it back and handled everything very professionally and courteously. 
Overall, based on the customer service I received from this shop, I would recommend it to others.
