Pep Boys fixed me in a jam. The battery on my wife's car went out and she needed it replaced. I jumped the car and got it there, but in her vehicle you have to take the tire off to access the battery. They squeezed her in before closing and had it fixed before we finished dinner. The clerk was fair, knowledgeable, and very attentive to our needs. Way better than my previous visits to Pep Boys.

Purchased car seat covers. They had a decent selection. An employee helped me, though I stood there waiting for 10 minutes after a asking for that help. Then I had trouble putting seat covers on. I asked the cashier for help, she sent me to the Servive Dept. Servie Dept explained that they could not leave the premise. I may have to return the product tomorrow.

If I had to give my recommendation for a service shop with competent service and professional courtesy, I certainly would not recommend this place! You'd be better off YouTubing how to fix your own car. Took them 4 days to get to my car and not once did they call me to give me an update. Only to find that after 4 days of "giving me the run around" they never actually got to my car. Save yourself the time and frustration! Stay away!!!!

I bought a new car battery here, installed it and three days later it dies. Called AAA and they did a diagnostic report on it and jump started it. They said it was a bad battery and to take it back for a replacement. Pep Boys intially refused an exchange saying they tested it and it had power. I advised that AAA charged it when jumping it and showed them the diagnostic report. They still refused an exchange. I then told them that they can either exchange it or I would cancel the transaction with my credit card. They then reluctantly agreed to the exchange. The worst part was that the manager told his employee to put the bad battery back on the shelf and resell it as new. Criminals.

The employees are extremely professional, helpful & kind. They are definitely under-staffed though with mechanics, because even with early, pre-set appointments, I've had to wait an extra hour for oil changes.
