During oil change and tire rotation I carefully watched the mechanic.  They stripped one of my lug nuts and acted like it was no big deal. When it was time to pay, I asked if they checked the tire pressure, which I knew they didn't.  The man at the counter assured me they had checked.  I asked him to check with the mechanic who admitted he hadn't.  In addition, they put the tires on in the same location.  Again, the man at the counter assured me this wasn't the case.  The mechanic again confirmed I was right.  By this time, it had taken an hour and fifteen minutes when I was the first and only customer.  I ran out of time and simply left with only half of the work being completed.  I will not return.

Extremely friendly people but I will never come back. 

Assistant manager thought I was traveling through town and billed me at a certain price but when he found out I was local (therefore not in a rush), the price came down, and when I said I would take my business elsewhere the price came down again.

I didn't ask for an extended labor warranty but was billed for it.

I was also charged double the market price for a part (dorman fan assembly 621-017) which cost me $246.64 without tax from pepboys, when I could buy it retail for $136 from parts geek with free shipping. 

When I was called to pick up my vehicle, I arrived to find that it was still in the shop bay, but blocked in by another car that had a wheel missing and needed to be put back on before I could get my vehicle back. 

The interior of the store was clean and had free coffee.

I arrived at this PB shop around 7:15 a.m. needing a tire for my travel trailer. I was the only customer but it still took 5 minutes to be waited on while witnessing the attendant reprimand another employee. I presented my discount coupon at the time he quoted a price. I then agreed on the purchase. It took them 30 minutes to mount the tire. By this time they had one other customer. When I was  checking out he could not find the coupon. After finally finding it he told me I had to purchase 4 tires to use it.  I put the tire on my camper and 150 miles down the road I noticed the tire was low. I checked and PB had only put 37 psi in the tire while it recommends max 60.

I had the best auto shop experience here!!! The pricing was by far the best I could find. I was told over the phone there would most likely be a bit of a wait, but when I came in there, the man at the desk made sure that I was seen quickly. I didn't even wait a full 10 minutes before they started working on my car! I would definitely recommend this place. :)
