Needed 4 new tires quickly. Staff was so helpful and got me in and out in the time frame I needed at a reasonable price. Very honest and did not try to sell me things I did not need. My car will always go here for repairs they provide.

Great Service. Called to verify they had the tire I needed and went by on my way home from work and had it put on. Thanks for being open later in evening for those who work long day shift hours. I wont go any place else!

I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and over all kindness the employees at this store showed me. My tire separated while passing through Pelham (on a 8 hour road trip); upset and clueless regarding my cars fate, these guys were absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, and friendly, especially David (didn't get his last name). I drove off (30 minutes later) worry free and a smile back on face.  👏👏👏

Excellent customer service. Their prices for most auto services are very reasonable and the quality of work is quite good. They get the job done in a reasonably amount of time and call you as soon as they are ready for you to pick up the car.

I have always had a good experience here for many years (when it was Big10 Tires).  As a Pep Boys, I have also had good experiences.  In particular, I took my car there a week ago to have a tire patched after running over a wood screw (they charged about 12 bucks which is really cheap considering the labor involved).  I immediately noticed  that the repaired tire was no longer in balance.  Upon return today, they balanced my tire and refused to accept some amount of payment.  This was by no means required by them nor did I expect a free balancing due to no fault of their own.  This is excellent service and I can easily recommend them should you need tire service in the Pelham area.
