Took my girlfriends car in for new tires. Called them on Friday to confirm a Saturday drop off and pickup. Dropped it off on Saturday around 9:00 am. Manager told me no problem for pickup on same day. Called a few times throughout the day wondering why the car wasn't done yet. Was told they only had one guy and everyone else called out. 7:00 rolls around and finally went up there to pick the car up even though they hadn't started on it. Even though I was frustrated I still went back to get the tires a few days later as I too am in the same kind of line of work. I was very understanding and still did business with them. Fast forward and now I need tires on my truck. Told them they can have the vehicle as long as they need because I have another car to drive. Bought 4 new tires and 4 new valve stems. They replaced the tires but never replaced valve stems. Charged me 16 dollars for something they didn't do. Never again will I recommend or give them my business. Gave them one too many chances.

The worst mechanics in the whole auto industry work at this Pep Boys. 

My girlfriend brought in her Lincoln MKZ to get new tires and brakes. A very very simple job. 

After she picks up her car from Pep Boys, she begins to drive home and her whole CAR WAS SHAKING (it was not doing this before she brought it in to get the work done). The next day she calls back and tells them what's going on - apparently THEY FORGOT TO BALANCE THE NEW TIRES... 

So I think to myself, "okay, mistakes happen. If your human you've made a mistake" - so no big deal... right? 

NOPE! A few days go by and I'm standing outside as she gets home from work. As she pulls up to where she parks, I hear this horrible METAL-ON-METAL GRINDING/CLANKING NOISE coming from her front right wheel (one of the four that Pep Boys worked on). These aren't just mistakes at this point, there is a competence issue here and it needs to get resolved. 

I have a busy schedule and haven't been able to get in there with her car to get it fixed (AGAIN). Hopefully they will allow me to take it to a different Pep Boys to get whatever issue they created, fixed. 

I would not reccomend this place to anyone.

Patrick took a look at my brakes because I was hearing noise while driving/braking.   I couldn't remember when I had my brakes replaced.  He showed me the brake pads and explained that they looked close enough to brand new and really didn't need to be replaced.  He took about an hour to jack my car up, take off the wheels and look at my brakes ... and he didn't charge me anything!  I thanked him and felt at peace as I drove away.  Definitely recommend Patrick.  Very nice and not out trying to just make a sale.  Thank you!!!

Store manager told us that he would include an alignment check. When we got 6 tires put on they claim  our F350 with dual cab wouldn't fit on alignment rack. The guy Andrew that was on the front desk said he'd give us some kind of refund and would call my boss for credit card number to put the money back on his card. He never did and when we went back to store he made up a reason for no refund. He lied to me and I for one will never give them any business and will recommend no one go there either.
