I had high hopes for this place; however, I should have known that the terrible customer service was a sign to beat feet. It was so bad I am literally sitting in the food court writing this to prevent anyone else from wasting their hard earned money! 

     First the customer service, my sister ordered and they have her attitude since she politely asked for a taco and before she could say what she wanted inside they filled it up, she asked for no vegetables and they hiffed and puffed and complained while taking it out. When it came to me ordering they didn't let me finish ordering before going to the back to request the order, when we added to the order the lady complained stomped off and returned asking "that should be it right?" She didn't let me finish and was rude about it. I stayed polite and said yes despite not being finished. If the customer feels like they are inconveniencing you as the employee, there is something wrong with your service. Plus a smile once in a while won't hurt you. 

     On to the food, I had the Roast Pork sandwich, and it was probably the worst Cuban-like sandwich I have had. The meat was full of liquid which made the toasted bread soggy, and the roast pork had little flavor. The empanada had almost no meat inside... maybe a tablespoon of meat at most. And that meat was full of fat and liquid. I have never until today had an empanada that was literally dripping in liquid. I can go on and on but to sum up the rest I couldn't finish the food. 

     I don't recommend this place at all. Bad customer service, bad food, bad experience.

The pork I had was good, however the taco I ordered came nearly destroyed, they put side cups for the sour cream but nothing was in the cups; they just dumped everything onto the plate and called it a day lol. I'm lactose intolerant so that sucked.

Love this place. Great food. Eat here all the time. Austin makes the best Cubans.

The young kid, maybe owners kid, never hear of a bean burrito. He was horribly confused when i explained how to put it together. I ended up saying never mind. My little sone wanted a hotdog. They had a combo package for $5.99.for just the hotdog it is $4.64. The guy taking the cash was just as confused when i explained the burrito situation. He just shrugged his shoulders. Which made me believe the other one was the owner's kid. Ugh. Mall food what do you expect... Would have tried their food but all vegetables looked over cooked and came from a can.
