My girlfriend and I frequent this location because we live so close. She usually gets the French Onion soup without cheese because she is lactose intolerant. For whatever reason they never get her order right and we always have to go back to have them fix it. Customer service varies; today she had to have them fix her soup again and they didn't give her her extra bread.

The gentleman she spoke to was extremely rude and literally threw her bread onto her plate. Some days everyone is smiling and cheerful and other days like this, where everyone looks miserable and angry (even the management team) is enough to make us spend our money elsewhere. 

I have worked in the food industry and understand it can be overwhelming, stressful and mistakes happen. However, when you treat a customer like they are an encumbrance, when you/your team made the mistake or when the same issues are recurrent, that's when I take issue.

Mediocre food.  Ok, for a sandwich, but not much else.  

Very odd tasting, gelatinous corn chowder. The piece of baguette was good.  Veggie sandwich was tasty.  The "flatbread" isn't really.  Cannot recommended the pastries.  My spouse: "I'm never eating there again."

I have always loved going to panera's since the day I discovered their broccoli cheddar soup. The building itself is very welcoming and lovely inside. The workers are always generous and kind. I've never had a terrible experience here. I absolutely love their bread, hence, why they are Panera Bread. They have really great pastries as well, but nothing can beat the strawberry poppyseed salad and the broccoli cheddar soup. Just tried a green tea that had papaya in it and loved it!!

I agree with several of the reviews here in that the service, the portions, the taste, and today even the price varies from visit to visit.  Service - some days I wouldn't want to go anywhere else - today, I looked on a map to find another location near to my work. Portions - sometimes a half means a half, other days a half means a whole. I get the same thing every time, twice a week and today by bill came to 50 cents more than usual.  I asked the register girl and she said, "I read everything back to you correctly". Hmmmm... then she said, "oh, you said to go?  here" and it went down by about 30 cents.  I wasn't aware of the "eat in tax" charged to enjoy the dining room.  It was still 20 cents higher than normal.  I guess you can say the one thing consistent about this Panera is its inconsistency.  I'll go to another, thank you.
