In strong contrast to a most modest exterior, Pepperoncini is a truly delectable gem! Interesting variations on Italian standards expand the menu's range far beyond the ordinary while keeping to moderate prices. And portion size? Well, if you're a scallop lover like me, have you ever been served enough that you had to take home half? Me, neither... that is, until eating at Pepperoncini! The carmelized scallops are that good, and that generously served.

Had nice dinner at this byob and my Dad.asked for them to put together a custom meal and they did and it was amazing

Delicious food, great service. Owner came to our table a few times, very friendly. Nice atmosphere too.

The special was tuna which was flavored very nicely over roasted potatoes and spinach. The service is efficient and the servers are pleasant.

Unassuming Storefront exterior hides a pretty interior with an interesting color scheme. The tables are close together, as the dining room is small, which could make things tight and close when it is crowded. Food was very good. Rolls and Dipping oil are provided. Antipasto platter had nice meats, cheeses and olives. Seafood bisque is tasty, but not too thick. My entree was the Maryland crab ravioli from the menu. It was delicious, with enough crab to taste, but not enough to overwhelm. The ravioli was perfectly cooked. Others in my party got the clams in red sauce with linguini, and one of the specials: halibut with risotto and asparagus. All said their entrees were great. Pasta here is not homemade, but still very good Prices were at the high end of reasonable (Upper teens to low twenties for pasta dishes; twenties and thirties for meat and fish based entrees). Most entrees can probably be found elsewhere in the area for less, but the quality and attention to detail here was worth the higher price.
