I needed routine maintenance on my road bike and while I was there I chatted up Benjy (the shop's owner) about problems I was having with fatigue and pain on longer rides. As for the maintenance, my bike got a thorough inspection, with shifting dialed in and a new chain, for a very fair price. As for the fatigue/pain issues, Benjy suggested that I begin by trying a different stem. We'll see how that works and whether we need to try any additional tweaks. Regardless of the outcome, I like that he was willing to take the time to hear me out and make suggestions to remedy my situation. The shop itself is in a great location, right along the Swamp Rabbit Trail, so it's easy to get to, by car or bike.

Great shop. Been there a few times. Service fixed a buddy's bike after another shop has screwed it up. They charged less than the shop that broke it and were very accommodating. Bought some gear and they gave good info and didn't try to up sell us on something we didn't need. Good dudes all around.

These guys are Good! Fitted out our Grandson with a Giant Revel. Covered eveything we needed to consider in the selection process, but the communication was always through our Grandson - he thought staff was talking to him - not us! Swamp Rabbit perfect route for test ride and how to ... everything for 10 year old! They didn't send him on the ride but went with him! Treated and made a 10 year old feel like a seasoned cycling star! The look when they returned - priceless! Great shop, great inventory, great location, great staff - The Place for your Cycling Needs! Oh by the way, want to take someone for a ride who doesn't have a bike - they rent with a fantastic daily rate! Out the front door - onto the Swamp Rabbit!

Great place to park if you have your own bikes or you want to ride or walk the swap rabbit trail.

I haven't bought a bike from them yet, but I'm going to. I went in just to look and was helped by Benji. He put me on a few bikes and made sure he put me on the best ones for me, not just what he wanted to sell. I'm looking forward to getting back in there and actually making a purchase from them.
