I wish I could give them 0 stars. Terrible customer service. Took a $500 payment and promised to deliver a bike in 10 days. After 15 days I called and was told they would get back to me within the hour. An hour later they canceled my order (received email confirmation) and did not call to tell me. When I called 3 hours later they told me that it wasn't their problem it was a "warehouse issue". They then told me I was going to have to wait 5 days to get my $500 back and hung up on me when I protested. Don't do business with this shop. They lie and lie again to cover it up.

Went in there to get a front rack installed and the mechanic did an awesome job. I'm not interested in going anywhere else for my bike.

Gave me a free part and fixed my brakes for free. Great customer service and staff!

Thank You Terry for adjusting my bike! What a difference with my ride......You are the Best! I bought our bikes and trainer from there and the Staff are friendly, responsive, and willing to help with any issues. They are knowledgeable and willing to take the time to educate me on bike stuff. Thank you for the great service!

We bought 2 bikes, here. After visiting independent stores, we realized we paid way too much. They have a pretty good variety, and the staff were nice, but we asked them to install something on my bike and the steering was jacked. We went elsewhere and saw my same bike was $100 less at the independent shop and they fixed my steering and installed the item correctly for me. Even though I didn't buy it there. If you're despirate for a part or replacement tire...try them. If you want to see a lot of different bikes to compare, go here. But do some shopping at many stores before you pay too much. And go elsewhere to get hardware installed or fixed on your bike.
