Thanks to Shawna at the Woodland Hills location!  Honest, conscientious,very knowledgeable and relaxed/no pressure service.  They allowed me to test numerous bikes and  helped me immensely with real world examples and information (instead of sales jargon).  As a serious rider who travels much of the year and buys more than one bike per year, Performance Bicycle is perfect for me (since they're nationwide).

I stopped in this shop with low tires and they filled them up no problem. Really great people and a nice fleet of Bicycle. All in all... Awesome service!

Great values on bikes and accessories.  Friendly staff ready to assist and a nice source of information about various products in their store.  Although I bought a bike at another store, I had a nice feeling about this place and bought some accessories here.  I would recommend this store for .the purchase of bikes and/or accessories.

Didn't hav a car for a while so I needed a bike to get around, bought a 600$ bike and returned it as soon as I got a new car. Got all the money back into the store credit card with no problem.

I ordered my Fuji through their website on a Friday and it was ready for pickup at their store on Tuesday. Great selection in store and online, bikes purchased come with lifetime free adjustment. Staff and service are great. Highly recommend this as a home shop.
