Service was great! Our waitress was Maxine and she definitely knows how to provide service with a smile! Food was good. They need to pay a little more attention to cleaning. The ceiling around the vents was black. Overall, a pretty good experience.

Arrived at Perkins about 12:30pm. Waitress, drinks, and order taken within minutes.  1:00pm no food.  1:20pm talked to a waitress.  Blah, blah busy restaurant blah blah.  Told about this time, 3 more minutes.  8 minutes went by.  Now 1:30pm.  We walked out with no food.  An hour is too long to wait.  Everyone around us had food.  Not us.  No good explanations given.  No manager came to talk to us.  Avoided eye contact with our table, too. Went to Wendy's nearby.  By 1:44pm, my hamburger was eaten.  Much happier to serve us food quickly.

The hostess didn’t ask us if we would like a table or booth. Our waitress took our order, brought us our drinks & food and checked on us once after we got our food & to give us our bill. We wanted drink refills, which we didn’t get and to-go boxes.  I had to ask for to-go boxes  when I paid. 

The restaurant wasn’t busy so there’s no excuse for poor service.

Very slow service and noticeably untrained staff. During one of my last visits, my waitress left the building mid-meal to "run to the store". No one checked on me and she did not return for quite some time. 

I order the same thing nearly every time I go. They have only made it correctly once. For a breakfast restaurant, you would think they would be able to make an over easy egg. I'm lucky If they give me anything but over hard at this point.

Enjoyed the meal thoroughly. Had the Monterrey Shrimp. Generous amt of shrimp, fresh mushrooms n fresh tomatoes in wonderful sauce of angel hair pasta dish, just the right size for supper. Pleasant & efficient waitress. Price: $11:91
