Go here for breakfast once a week or so. In the last 8 or 9 years I've had only one sub-par meal, an undercooked pancake.
Their $4- $8 specials are a huge value. My favorite is the Fabulous Five, one egg, two meats and two pancakes. At $5.30 including tax it can't be beat.
Also a good spot for a quick lunch.

The service was excellent, Annette, was my waitress and she was very kind polite and and an outstanding hostess. Although her section was full she gave adequate time to all of her tables making sure that we were all well taken care of and she was very cheerful and upbeat. The food was good and served in a timely fashion, I had the farmers omelet with hashbrowns toast and coffee. Perkins gets my A+ for customer service. Thank you Annette for a pleasant dine in experience.

I've always liked Perkins for a great breakfast meal. The food is always good. I have 3 servers I frequent and will always request them. Lately I've heard tale that they are going to be changing their menu and removing certain items such as egg beaters for egg whites only and also that they will be getting rid of their fried breakfast potatoes. I hope this is not the case I might have to frequent another establishment if their new fare isn't up to par with the stuff I like on their menu now.  Mimi's did that to their menu a while back and I haven't been back there since. Don't want that to happen to Perkins too.

This is a nice family type restaurant that is very accommodating for small groups or for larger groups. Prices are mediocre and the food is very good. The service people are very cordial and generally it doesn't take long to get in and out. They have a bakery inside that is excellent. They sell pies muffins and other items. Always fresh baked.

I brought my family and friends from Europe here. All of us were amazed with quality of food and fast service. The wait time was under 20 minutes. The best breakfast ever.
