Great food, atmosphere, and staff. Nice quiet place to grab a bite to eat. Very wide variety of food and what I've had has been excellent. Staff was very helpful and friendly as well!

Great Service! Mike is Simply put the best Mgr and he will make sure you leave with a full belly and not paying a big price! Love Perkins! Best pancakes in town!!

Love this place! My girlfriend and I try and go to all of the Perkins restaurants in the area (Lehigh/Fort Myers) and we haven't been disappointed by any of them so far. This one has quick service, good food, and friendly waiters! You'll enjoy it here for sure.

Me and my husband went here for dinner tonight. We've been to several other perkins before and have had decent experiences.  This one, however, was absolutely disgusting.   Last time we went there the salad was brown and wilted and silverware was dirty.  We decided to try again and the menus we received were gross and the pages stuck together with something white and sticky.  Then, when I received my water, not only was the glass spotted and dirty, but there was flecks of brown and black things (don't know what) floating in the water.  The whole restaurant had an over powering and unpleasant smell. We did not stay.
