I've been going to this same Perkins since the early 90s. I am always very happy with both the food and the service. They don't care how long you stay, they always have a smile, they're always happy to get the food the way you want it. Perkins did away with my favorite omelette quite a few years ago, the country club omelette. But, they are still very accommodating and make a couple of adjustments to another omelette that they offer. I highly recommend the Perkins in Kearney to anyone. My only negative is that the coffee is getting too pricey, it was I think $2.50 a cup. But I do recognize that some people go in and drink coffee for a couple of hours. But it did make me get water rather than the coffee. It would be nice if the coffee could be cheaper if you were ordering a meal.

Me and my wife ordered hash browns and when they came out they were raw so I asked for some new ones, we were ready to leave after finishing up our meal (about 20 min) the bring out our hash browns burnt and soaked in oil (you can tell the cook did that on purpose) I told a manager and they wanted to cook them again.... "No we are leaving" never offered to adjust our bill. I had to argue that as well. We will never go back again!

They have a newly-remodeled restaurant that includes new tables and seats. They have also added electrical outlets and USB ports in a strip beside the tables on the outside walls. Their food is always delicious. I've never been disappointed in either service, friendliness or food. They are so popular, you might have to wait a short time but it's never long and people keep coming back and are willing to wait for the delicious food you'll enjoy.

Quick friendly service. Food was good, decent portions. Looked like a popular local favorite for breakfast.

Service at the table was great. The food was cold and it took over an hour to get our food but the manager made it right otherwise would have been one star.
