They were a bit slow and we had traveled to see grandsons. By time our orders were finally ready the youngest was ready to leave. He is three and can't wait hour for food. But otherwise the. Atmosphere was friendly and clean.

The times that I've gone to this place, they dont have host to help you. When you finally get seated, the servers sometimes take a long time to come and bring your drinks. The kitchen is always slow. I give it three stars because after you get served, the food tastes great and the waiter is very friendly. Overall I recommend it if you go in with a little bit of appetite.

The food was fine. Very slow service. They need more staff, especially kitchen staff. If you're really hungry don't go to this place because they will make you wait for almost an hour. The manager looked stressed. Our server didn't even greet us, ask how our food was,  nothing! I think he's new but I think they need to train him more. Ordered a refill for my hot choco and there was hair. We told the manager so the manager apologized and took care of it. This place needs help. Place was dirty the night we dine in.

Upon placing an order for pumpkin pancakes we were informed they were no longer on the menu.  Major disappointment, but we found other acceptable alternatives and visited over our drinks.  Amy, our server, came by shortly after and informed us that after talking to her manager, Mark, the cook would, could and did fix us our pumpkin pancakes!  They did not disappoint, they were delicious!  Thanks for the thoughtful and kind service Amy and Mark  :)
