Food was fine and the service seemed good at first until our waitress came. I told her I have some food allergies (which are very severe) and asked if she could make sure my meal would be okay with the chef. She laughed at me and was just staring at me as if I had more explaining to do. So I just repeated myself to see if she could check with the kitchen and she said that she doesn't understand because they don't have those items in house though I saw on the menu that they did. Long story short, she denied my request to ask the chef (which is such a simple task!) I was very annoyed and angry to be laughed at for asking if my meal would be safe. Never going again. Very irresponsible and irritating.

Good was delicious. Area was nice. Clean restaurant. Didn't get my waitress name at well but she was not very customer service oriented. Younger, heavyset waitress. Came to my table 3 times while my cup was empty and I had to ask for a refill afterwards. Ten minutes passed while almost done with my food and I had to get another waitress to get the ball rolling for a refill. Otherwise, overall experience was wonderful!

Food was just OK.  Service was slow.   It was just a blah atmosphere.  The flavored  Syrup had a weird taste.    Servers are nice and we did get seated rather quickly.

Great food, good prices, hard working staff and friendly but management did not have enough staff.

This place needs to put a limit on the children's menu. My daughter is young teen which is a child and does not eat alot and she was told she can not order of that menu.  There is no limit stated on the menu that says she cannot order off the menu. Tracy also was rude about the situation.
