This is my first review. Just felt compelled. Gave this place 3 tries. 3rd time is not a charm. Ordered fab five. Asked for eggs scrambled hard. Most undercooked runny scrambled eggs I've ever had. Sausage links are so undercooked I'm afraid to eat them. Pancakes were average at best. Most overated place I've been to so far in Memphis area.

Courteous staff.  Same as most other Perkins.  My chief complaint is that they are ALWAYS out of the tomato basil soup, and they NEVER tell you that they are out until you order it, so then you have to settle for another worse soup. This has happened to me 4 out of my last 5 visits.

Very good place to eat. Came Sunday at 12 only waited 20 mins. Food was very good
