Subs were extremely small. Italian hot cut made wrong. Had put instructions of no mayo. Guess they took that as don't put anything at all on it...how?!  Called to let them know it wasn't made right, no oil, lettuce, tomato. Was told I should have ordered a different way. Doesn't an Italian sub mean oils?! And the gravy tasted like it was made with a chemical. Very dissatisfied.

Quality has gone down recently. I just ordered chicken tenders on Grubhub and they arrived completely burnt. We ended up throwing them away but now my house smells like burnt food. I’m sure they realized before sending them that they should not have sent them. It’s a shame because this used to be one of my favorite places to order from in the area. After several recent mishaps I do not plan on ordering from them again.

Perrys was fast and good quality. I was satisfied with the 2 sub deal and pizza w a 2 liter. My baby asked me for pizza and I was so satisfied with the quality and pricing and needed a delivery fast. Super satisfied.

The food was delicious, and customer service was great, but the parking situation sucks a little. I will definitely reorder again!  Parking: They have a small parking area so if it&#39;s full you&#39;ll have to figure it out

Should be ashamed of themselves.... placed a delivery order that was simple... 2 8inch sub specials with fries and drink...told us it be 25 mins...  we didn't get our order til 70 minutes later... needless to say the fries were horrible and the sub was cold... very very displeased.....

There was mold on the food and they argued about a refund not ordering it again

They didn’t give us what we ordered and paid for. We did not order spicy chicken strips. Is that even what these are supposed to be? Im actually having some difficulty identifying exactly what these are. I do know they look and taste like they came from a cheap grocers frozen section the most off brand ever and tossed into a microwave. They didn’t even offer to correct the issue when my husband called them. I’ll be doing a charge back on my credit card unless this is corrected.

This is NOT good service. An unhappy customer posted this picture of the order she received from Perry’s. THE SHRIMP IS STILL RAW. They only gave her HALF of her money back. Avoid this place.

The best damn cheese steak I had since I left the city. Will be going for lunch again
