I ordered fresh pizza with toppings.  Instead they gave me old cheese pizza and threw toppings on which fell off when you picked up the pizza.  The pizza was done in 5 min and it was Luke warm.  They were trying to save money.  You can’t treat people food this way.  I understood that papa johns supposed make you fresh new pizza every time.  Not give you left overs.  The pizza taste left over.  That’s why I don’t feel bad for these business going down.  You can do better!!  Here’s the receipt.

I gotta say I was nervous at 1st due to other people's reviews but trying something new is always the best decision and I don't regret it  good pizza and of course the peppers you get.Food: 5/5

This place really disappointed me. I was hoping that something would change. EVERY delivery from this place the food is ALWAYS cold! I don't know if they're short on driver's but this has gone on for years without any change. I decided to give a review this time because calling the store and complaining have literally changed nothing! Cold pizza again today! I'm very disappointed and I'll travel 20 minutes to another papa johns.

I will be contacting corporate about this driver; he was driving recklessly and tried to switch into the lane I was in and nearly swerved into my car potentially totaling it. When I confronted him he acted as if he did not know what I was talking about until I mentioned that I own a dash cam and it recorded his foolishness. There are entirely too many accidents that occur around this area due to careless/reckless driving. Almost every other week there is an accident because of drivers like him. I will be uploading the clip onto my laptop and I will gladly email it to corporate he doesn’t not deserve to be a delivery driver he could’ve totaled my car. He is going to become a liability if no one says anything about this. I talked to an associate inside and told them what happened but it seemed they didn’t care. I bet they wouldn’t act careless if it happened to them. This is unacceptable

Ordered 2 pizzas was given an ETA of 30 min actually took an hour then when we opened the pizza they were basically destroyed see pics below

I bought a small cheese pizza. My 2 yr. Old granddaughter loves it. It is soft enough for her to eat slices by herself.

Ordered carry out for a special they had on app. It was a large specialty pizza and a large 2 topping for $28. Ordered the pepperoni, sausage, and 6 cheese with stuffed crust and a mushroom with Italian sausage. The app is awesome and provides accurate updates of each step the order is in. Order was ready when the app said it was. The staff was friendly and greeted me when I came in and thanked me when I left. Establishment was clean and organized. The pizzas were so delicious and I was so happy they did the stuffed crust perfectly. So many pizza places don’t get this right, the ratio of cheese is always too little or non existent, but Papa Johns did it right!!!!

I accidentally order my pizza at a wrong time and GM fixed it with easy !! Great service 11 out of 10!!!

I order Two Medium Two Toppings. When my pizza arrived the delivery guy didn’t have enough change to give. The pizza box was a mess there were cheese hanging outside the box. Also my pizza was super super cold that I had to reheated my food. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I ordered 1 extra large cheese pizza for delivery on Friday evening, the total cost was $27.77. I checked my account Saturday evening and noticed that I had been charged 3 times for the $27.77.  No one contacted me to explain the mistake, or to assure me of any reimbursement. I’m currently awaiting their opening so I can resolve this issue.
