GENERAL CONTRACTING
One of our core services is General Contracting. During the building phase, Peska Construction directly oversees and performs the construction for the following areas, in addition to others as needed.
• Concrete
• Steel Superstructure Erection
• Pre-cast Concrete
• Pre-engineered metal building

COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL
Peska Construction is fully insured and suited to handle any type of construction project, specializing in commercial and industrial buildings. Our capabilities in this area allow us to work on any scale, from a small office space to a multi-million dollar industrial building. Peska Construction can:
• Pour upwards of 30,000 to 60,000 square feet of concrete per day
• Construct floors with FF numbers between 25 and 90
• Place 2,000,000 square feet of slab on grade per year
• Use our own Lazer Screed if needed

DESIGN/BUILD
Because of our vast team of resources, Peska Construction is highly suited to the Design/Build process. This approach is a team effort between the Owner and Peska Construction. After talking to our clients and studying the property, Peska’s architects, construction managers and consultant engineers can design a building specifically for your needs and build it to meet those needs—all under one contract between the Owner and Peska Construction.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
With the Construction Management method, Peska Construction provides consulting and project management services for a specified fee.

• As a “project manager” firm, Peska Construction is paid a fee to manage the construction of the project and the Owner contracts and pays the subcontractors.

• As an “At-Risk” project management company, Peska Construction contracts directly with the subcontractors, and the total is then contracted between Peska Construction and the Owner.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Peska Construction has a number of highly qualified project managers on staff to provide your project with advisory representation during the design phase and the construction phase of a project.
