Wonderful and very professional.  Our technician told me every thing he was doing before he did it.  He answered all my questions and was very kind.  This company goes over and beyond to help their customers. Would recommend PEST, Inc to everyone I know!

We loved every aspect of our experience with Pest, from scheduling to the actual service. Their staff is incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly. Our appointment was with Mike, who was professional, polite, and answered all of my questions. We will use Pest for every pest-related issue we have and recommend them to others.

They are very professional and knowledgeable. Had a horrible mosquito problem last year but after using them this year we are able to go outside without being swarmed.

Company responded quickly to telephone request for home inspection/price quote.  Rep called morning of appmt and asked if coming 30 mins early was OK and arrived promptly thereafter.   
Bobby Yant did inspection confirming termite infestation and advised treatment  needed.  He explained procedures in detail, quoted prices and made subsequent appmt for service date.  Very congenial and professional.

We moved to Tennessee a couple months ago and were lucky enough to get a house that already had a termite contract with Pest Inc. We've already had them out to our home for the annual inspection and have been very pleased with their service over the phone and in person. Thanks!
