This place has good prices for your pet care not expensive but OMG you have to wait for the longest ever it's like going to the public hospital ER. Waisted a hole day for some x-ray and some pills. My per got surgery the next week after and took him Saturday Morning told me to come back at 6 pm I did and just for them to say they didn't get to do surgery to my dog to come back Sunday. Then Sunday called all day for updates and no one could give me an update. The girls in front desk are super slow. They can move faster to get pets and owners pit faster. The Vet. Is great bit her staff can't say the same.

The place smells weird... but that's beside the point, the point is that these people... these beautiful awesome folks give their best to help people in our community, and I can't thank them enough for that. They saved my cat's life, I had nowhere to go, everything was way out of our money range, (I was unemployed and had broken my leg). I was ready to give up and watch my cat suffer and die. In a ditch effort I decided to take my cat to the pound, hopefully there they would fix my cat and give it up for adoption (it was better to know it would be better off with someone who could afford it) or put down. At the pound I explained what my intentions were to the man there and he told me about this place and gave me the info I needed and wished me luck. I was pessimistic about what they could do for my cat, but I decided to call, they gave info and encouraged me to bring my cat in for the doctor to look at. I did. I signed in filled out paperwork sat down and waited to be called. There were a ton of people, but the wait felt short. I was called in, they saw my cat, the doctor asked a few questions and told me what was wrong and gave me a few options on what to do which included keeping him in the clinic and treat him. They tried to work with me regarding pay, they are not a charity after all... I forgot how much it was, but it was doable!! A few days later I had my cat back home recuperating and within weeks he was back to normal. Thank you so much for saving my cat's life!!!

Once you get over the smell, it doesn’t smell dirty but more of medicine smell and cleaning liquids. The service they are providing for the community is great. They try to accommodate the needs you have with your pet. Be ready to wait. I would highly recommend to arrive early and be patient.

They’re completely unprofessional. It seems they blocked my number from calling their office to find out if my dog was out of surgery. They put you on hold for every little thing, even in person, and they’re very short when it comes to giving you information on your pet. Not to mention how BAD it smells there. No parking. Overall bad experience.
