Being completely honest I am a single mother of 5. My budget to begin with is extremely tight. I totally expected to pay a good amount however the service here totally suckeS. They took forever and when I agreed to a plan 10 minutes ago I am currently still waiting for my little guy to receive some kind of medical treatment. I do not want to lose another as I just did yesterday morning. Please if you love your child, pet or family DO NOT BRING THEM TO THIS HOSPITAL...

I took my 12 lbs dog there today 7/4/17 @5:00 am because my dog was vomiting mucus and had diarrhea. At the time I had forgotten that my dog had been given vanilla yogurt with cheesecake pieces from a yogurt place Around 9:00am that same morning I called them back to let the vet know what I had remembered to see if maybe that had been the cause of her being sick. A young lady named Jessica told me that the over night vet was gone so I asked if I could speak to the on duty vet. She said that they were kinda busy and that he would have to read her chart and that would take a long time. She asked me to call back later... Really? It's an EMERGENCY Animal Hospital, clearly I was worried enough to take her there to begin with you would think she would understand that it was important to me to get that information to the Vet!! It would have given me piece of mind to know wheather or not that could have caused it..

I WENT DURING LATE EVENING WITH MY DAUGHTER TO TAKE HER JACK RUSSEL ( BIBI) VERY PROFESSIONAL NOT AS EXPENSIVE AS I THOUGHT. IF GIVEN A CHOICE ALWAYS USE YOUR OWN JUDGEMENT LIKE WITH HUMANS DONT BE SO QUICK TO TAKE "MEDS"

If I could write a review without giving a star I would! WORST HOSPITAL EVER! My great-granddaughter took her sphinx cat in who had just given birth to her sixth kitten, that died but was still attached! They removed the kitten tied off the umbilical cord but left the placenta in her even though my great-granddaughter voiced her concerns of fever occurring if it's left in. They brushed by her concerns, said it should be fine, and sent her home! TWO DAYS later, my GG-daughter is back, mom is lethargic, won't eat and has a fever! While at the hospital this time, for FOUR hours, the Doctor states they should keep the mom and the kittens should be bottle feed every two hours. My G-daughter ask if the doctor had assed the kittens and he said they were good! She also explained she has never bottle feed kittens before and the Doctor assured her they would instruct her. Now this is where things are REALLY Bad! My gg-daughter does as she is instructed, the hospital staff telling her to go to petco right when she leaves and pick up certain items, go home and feed them! She does as ask only to find that now one of the kittens is lethargic, she rushes back to the hospital only to have the one kitten die! She finds out in the four hours she was there earlier, THEY NEVER FED THE KITTENS! THEY NEVER FED THE KITTENS! What kind of place is this! When the doctor was questioned on it, her statements made no sense; and then when you point that out, they fall back to, "well we are a hospital that deals in emergency. We are not a clinic". REALLY, AND they tried to liken themselves to an emergency room people go to! Well, at least any ER I've been to, a parent goes back with their child or if your spouse goes back, YOU GO WITH THEM or are allowed back once settled! AND, if a three day old baby came in that they KNEW had not been feeding well on mom, and dropping weight, a REAL hospital would FEED that child! Here we have NO IDEA what is REALLY going on and are suppose to take their word! This place is BAD on sooo may levels!😒

I had a wonderful experience here. The staff immediately took my cat to the back while I completed forms. They were compassionate, caring, took time to explain all of the itemized charges and received my permission before continuing with care. I had questions and they were careful to answer all of them. I was hesitant to bring him here after reading the other Google reviews, but quickly figured out that grumpy people are the ones who write reviews. Do not let them affect your decision. Be proactive and ask lots of questions. Good staff and Dr. Mark Kim was terrific!
