My dog was hit by a car late at night right in front of my house. He had a compound fracture to his back leg, blood squirting and bones sticking out in multiple places. My vet had told me to come here for emergency treatment. The staff was very unhelpful and VERY unprofessional. they quoted me $5000.00 to fix his leg and save his life. The other options were to amputate or put him down, which for my kids sake I did not want to happen. They quoted us $750 to put him down and when I kept asking about the prices to amputate the LEAD doctor. (Dr. Rosenberg) could not answer any of my questions. She started visibly shaking because she was so nervous. I had called the PD to keep the piece but once they heard that they decided to push the panic button and call the PD as well. So then they wrapped up my dogs leg and brought him out on a gurney and I was told to leave. And “EMERGENCY” animal hospital sends away a dying dog. I hope for everyone’s sake you read all the bad comments on this place they are a lot like my story. While I was there 3 people in the waiting room overhead the situation and said “oh my I’m so glad I read the reviews, I’m going somewhere else” and left. This place needs to be shut down. My little fur baby is still waiting for surgery 😔 The picture is of them kicking us out. The lady is the vet tech who cares so much about animals, and the Gentleman in the background, was laughing the whole time we were being kicked out. Shirley and Alex (if that is their real names)

This is the lowest rating available. They are mad scientists, apparently wanting to experiment with multiple diagnostic procedures on your pets that escalate with every contact. Ridiculous wait times Lack of empathy by the professional staff. Money grubbing I would have done anything to alleviate my dogs suffering and they took complete advantage of that. I will pick her up tomorrow and care for her myself until I can get her to her primary Vet on Monday. I have a long history of dog care including my own and those I cared for as director of a canine rescue organization in NC for 8 years. I have never experienced such an egregiously incompetent and disorganized group of so called animal care professionals in my life . Stay away.

I will appreciate if they were more professional very long time on lobby 3 hours to be seen, not an affirmative diagnosis just a bottle of pain medication. Hope they take better training how to be more efficient, at least front desk.

I lost my beautiful sweet, 4 yr old boxer, Nala. I trusted them with her life. My very first mistake. I have video and photos of her in a kennel so small that she couldn't even lay down properly, She was suffering from seizures!! When I picked her up she had so many cuts and bruises from being confined while having seizures. NEVER!! Had she EVER! been hurt in my care while having seizures!! EVER! The next hospital she was taken, too. (Where she later died when her heart stopped while being weaned off the cocktail of drugs administered by this hospital). Since when do you muzzle a dog thats suffering from seizures?? WHEN IS THAT OKAY? I hate how we lost our beautiful girl, i hate how scared she was there, i hate that they wouldnt listen to me, when I told them she IS definitely responsive. And they insist she's not, how would you know? She didnt know you people. She trusted and knew me, not you. You killed my dog. I HATE YOU!! Do you want to see the photos and video?? Just email me.

My cat was attacked by a dog yesterday. After taking her in and them doing X-rays, ultrasound and everything else, they said she was lucky and everything came back great, actually they said her results were "remarkable". I have the proof in the paper work that says it. Next day even after giving her her pain meds as prescribed we had to rush her in because she was not doing well. They put her on oxygen but said they had to do everything all over again at double the first price to make sure they didn't miss something. They also said (the doctor said in her opinion) it may have been shock and she didn't need any fluids, which they also didn't give her the day prior. We were told, fluids wouldn't matter, they couldn't do anything unless we pay everything again plus more as well. Well, she passed away shortly after. They also said she may need surgery based on another assumption they had which would cost four thousand alone. I learned that shock in cats is treated with IV and oxygen and can be seen via x ray and/or ultrasound....how did they not catch it. They said she only had some bruising and would be fine. They Would not even help or check her unless we payed over two thousand dollars over again. Rather it was shock or the other assumption they had, both are detectable in all the tests that were ran on her. So why is my cat dead, I'm out over a thousand bucks, and they just say well we may have missed something. More importantly though is that my baby is gone and it could have been prevented. My husband was told different things and couldn't believe how little they new and how unprofessional they were. For those that give them a good review, nice for you. Consider yourselves lucky. I wish I would have read the reviews however we were told to call them after speaking with our vet.
