Knowledgeable and friendly staff, extensive offerings, and DIY dog tubs.  Love this place.  Try the oxygen bath for your itchy dog, it works great.

Staff was not pushy, they were actually very helpful. I got some great advice and learned way more about my pets health here than any other pet store. Great customer service! They also have a huge selection of products and dog washing station, bonus!

I love this place!today was my first time at the store, I took my Son's dog"Guestlove" to use the pet wash! Great service very friendly and helpful staff, specially "Chris" was very nice and very helpful!

THIS STORE LACKS INTEGRITY. They will draw you in with their free pet washing...This is their only good feature. They will also tell you that you are receiving a discount. However, This is all a SCAM... they give you a discount but they also up their original prices far more then necessary. (check surrounding stores)
So in reality you are receiving no discount AT ALL!!!
Staff are friendly but EXTREMELY PUSHY!! They will say anything to sell their products... I fact checked a lot of the information they fed to me after leaving and found that in reality they had no idea what they were talking about.

I highly recommend finding a small, privately owned business for your pet food. Do not support a chain that lacks integrity. 
There are far better options in the area!!
