- LODGING -

Pet Galaxy is all about creating happy, healthy and fun vacations for your family pet. We have daily activities to suit every personality and style.

Our pet loving, dedicated staff consists of trained pet care specialists who cater to your pet’s every need, and who’s responsibility it is to ensure that everyone enjoys their vacation with us.

Each dog enjoys a large private air-conditioned and centrally heated sleeping area with a raised bed. Our feline friends enjoy deluxe cat condos.

Most importantly, you can customize your pet’s stay with all the activity and/or TLC that he or she expects and deserves. With so many options, no one wants to miss out on any of the fun!

We only serve the highest quality Nutri Source® pet food, one of the most exclusive pet foods available today. Should your pet be on a special diet, you may naturally bring your own food instead.
Our resort kitchen also offers delicious, healthy home cooked treats for special occasions. These gourmet treats complement our guests’ dinner, or are served as a snack.
We offer a range of vacation activity packages for you to customize your pet’s vacation. You will find packages designed for every need, taste and budget.
We even offer special activity packages for puppies, senior pets, and pets with special needs.

- GROOMING -

Whether your furry friend needs a simple nail trim, bath or a complete makeover, Pet Galaxy's professional bathers, groomers and pet stylists are ready to help.

Pet Galaxy offers grooming and spa services for all breeds of dogs, from the youngest first timers to older seniors. We also offer complete grooming services for cats.

Our groomers are among the best in the industry. As a result, our customers can trust that the people bathing and grooming their best friend are experienced professionals using only the highest quality tools, shampoos and conditioners.

Rates vary based on the condition of the coat, cut and cooperation of the pet.

- DAY CARE & PLAY CARE -

Pet Galaxy is like a fun summer camp all year round. We offer a large one acre outdoor supervised area for group play with other dogs, complete with a pond and pools.

Our smaller friends have a choice between joining the fun with the larger dogs, or play in playgroups dedicated to smaller breeds. In addition to outdoor play areas, smaller dogs may also choose to play indoor in our Activity Room; a play room filled with toys and fun.

In all cases, our trained staff is always on hand to ensure that everyone is safe and having a great time.

For our guests who may require individual yards, we have large, tree shaded yards available, complete with wading pools, dog house and yard toys.

Group play is not for every dog. Each dog’s behavior around other dogs is constantly evaluated by our professional staff. If your dog plays well with others, is spayed or neutered, and is current on all vaccinations, he/she is ready to participate and can look forward to lots of fun. Puppies under six months need not be spayed or neutered.

If your dog is more comfortable playing individually, our staff is always available to play fetch and toss the Frisbee.

Hundreds of thousands of dogs have been turned into animal shelters because their owners didn’t know how to deal with behavior problems and couldn’t find a reliable resource to help them.

The dog trainers at Pet Galaxy want to bring awareness to the importance of socialization and training of your dog or puppy, and most of all, to inform dog owners that training your dog can be simple and fun!

Perhaps your furry friend is already wonderful, but is just a little stubborn. Perhaps he or she doesn’t come when you call, refuses to sit or lay down when you tell him to, or pulls on the leash when you go for walks. Or perhaps your dog goes crazy and chews up your furniture every day when you leave for work. Or maybe you have one of those really problematic dogs that just drive you and your family crazy.

Either way, our desire is to help you transform your dog into the most wonderful, well trained pet and member of your family.

Our most effective and popular training program is our Lodge and Learn program, where your dog will stay with us for an average of about two weeks. Our trainers will work with your dog in multiple one-on-one sessions every day. Once the trainers feel that your dog is ready to go home, we bring you in – and the trainers will work with you, teaching you how to continue the training at home, so your dog does not just fall back into old habits again after you get home. You are also encouraged to keep in touch with the trainers and ask questions at any time after you take your dog back home. This program is guaranteed to give you the best results, and there is a one-time, all inclusive flat rate for the entire program.

Our trainers are fully certified professionals and members of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT).
