They don't have a big sign on the building that tells you where they at. It was between tobacco town and the other store. The story why we went there was because found a kitten wandering in our backyard and decided to keep him. And we were told by our vet that to picked up medicine for him which is the price was outrageous. The vet bills already expensive and we have three other cats that also need to take care of. The pharmacist was a nice old gentleman and explained to us how to use the medicine. They should lower the medicine price and it is only for 5 days use.

Such an amazing place. They always have my pups prescriptions on hand,  or will go the extra mile to get them if its an emergency and they don't have any in stock. .  For the money we save coming here, and the convenience,  customer service, and the great receptionist,  they deserve more than 5☆'s, thank you!

Extremely rude pharmacist. I was told we could call to request medication made and the pharmast basically yelled at me over the phone and said, "No! We cannot." You just lost a potential customer and any recommendation.

I have used this pharmacy off and on for about a year.   My vet called in a prescription on Friday afternoon, and we wanted to be sure it was ready before we made the 40 minute drive to the store on Saturday. No response on the phone, yet we knew they were open on Saturday morning.  We were told, after driving over, that they don't answer the phone on Saturdays.  REALLY?  This is not the first time this has happened.  We have called, left messages, and have never received a call back, even during the week.  As it turned out, they couldn't find the order for some time, didn't have the courtesy to come out and tell us when they DID find the order, and then we had to wait for it to be filled.  We were supposed to go to Prescott to meet some friends for lunch but had to cancel because of this delay.  If they had only had answered the phone, the search for the missing order could have been initiated much sooner and I wouldn't have had to hang around for an hour not knowing what was going on.
