I've been trying to contact this place by phone for over 1 week. I finally drove 20 miles to see if it was open, and it is. They just don't answer their phone, nor do they return phone calls. I was told I was on the list to call back when I stopped, and thought I was placing an order for a refill. I was promised a call in 5 days and still no call, so I'm trying to call again this week and they still won't answer the phone. Not a very good way to run a business!!

Had a positive experience with this pharmacy. They were well priced, pleasant to work with and I had no issues receiving delivered medications at my door.

Disappointed in how long it take to have prescription shipped.  When placing the order the guy was impolite answering the phone like I was his buddy.  After prescription being ready it took from a Thursday to getting it on a Tuesday.  When I said I waited too long he suggested I go find the post office to pick it up?  How is that possible when the carrier carries it with them all day long!

They are fast knowledgeable I have been using them for over 2 years. They are pretty much just a pharmacy. Don't plan on any other shopping here

I know there are few specialty pharmacies in Phoenix but I honestly wish we could deal with any of them but these people. They are incredibly rude and condescending. They are delivering $35,000.00 of meds to our door today and could not be bothered to get us a smaller window of delivery through their chosen courier than 6 hrs. When we called the courier to see if we could have them make the drop at my job instead of our home they called us and blew the doors off my husband for requesting to change the delivery location. We wanted to be sure someone would be available to sign for the meds and my husband had to go out briefly during this window. If policy is such that only the prescribed person can accept delivery they could have explained in civil terms . They  need to hire someone with a few people skills  - I work in the transportation/delivery industry and I would NEVER have talked to someone the way this man named Stanley talked to my husband. We will be requesting the doctor get our medications from a different specialty pharmacy in the valley if at all possible. Avoid these people if you can as they are very rude, egocentric, and cheap! ( Our delivery window was the entire day so they could deliver on the cheap!)
