I often stop in for supplies for my cat and snake. They have a great selection of food and toys for all fuzzy critters. What I love most is the reptile section. They do a good job of taking care of their animals and providing everything they will need. I love to visit to see the new creatures the have in store.

Carrie, Manager of the  So Po store, provides outstandingly exceptional  service,  greeting me when I enter,  efficiently answering my questions, supporting her team  of  knowledgeable humans.  Davina , plus  all other associates, is patient, efficient, and PRESENT.   I look forward with pleasure to each & every visit to Pet Life, Mill Creek, South Portland!

Their groomer, Debbie, is terrific and spends a lot of gentle, loving time with our dog.  We are most grateful to have found her.

The people that work there try to be as helpful as they can but unfortunately the vendor that they use supplies them with MOLDY dog food. When brought to the vendors attention they said they had some from a different lot number but sent the same moldy dog food from the same lot.  I hate to say it cause they have always treated me well but now i feel like I'm getting the run around and i just need answers so i can feed my dog. My dog has a special diet due to medical reasons and it is dangerous to just change her food.

i worked there fore over a year and it was the best job i had ever had. i never felt like it was a job it was mor like working with fellow animal lovers. unfortunatly they do  have a strict policy that you get fired if you make more then 3 mistakes  on the registers. and the higher ups are not supper friendly but my coworkers were  a blast to work with. i will always miss that place!
