Absolutely awesome customer service! I am a newbie fish owner. They were patient and answered all my questions and was very informative! I was even able to call back with a fish question later...their store was nicely set up. I wish they had more space for more types of fish and that their prices on products (not the fish) were more competitive to to other stores such as Walmart but other than that I am very satisfied!

I went into this store to purchase a few fish, particularly a Pleco for my new tank. The associate who worked in the fish department was very rude and started to interrogate me. She tried to tell me that they were allowed to have multiple Plecos in their tanks because they have special equipment, yet my tank was bigger than theirs and I was only trying to purchase one. The conversation ended by her saying "I will not sell you this fish". Needless to say I will not be returning to purchase any fish because apparently the company has no intention of selling them.

Never any people in the parking lot, so great parking is always available. The people who work here are really nice too.

Great options for dog and cat food, very friendly service.

This store was huge and very clean. My only complaint was the lack of feeder crickets available and their fish selection seemed lacking.
