Very knowledgable with all the products they carry and the other brands available. Very helpful with choices based on your pet. Prices in line with the big box pet stores and other box stores. Maybe a bit higher but the personal touch means so much more. Also there are buyer incentive programs such as buy 12 bags of Fromm and get one free. All quality products available. Good selection of products for all types of pets; dogs, cats, birds, fish etc. They also help carry out your purchases if needed.

Alex and Shera are very knowledgeable and helpful! They'll help you troubleshoot any issues you're having with your tanks and if you go in often enough they'll learn what you like and direct you accordingly. Pet Pro is pretty much the only pet store I go to!

I went in there and let me say i will never, ever go again. The regular woman was not there and i had the displeasure of dealing with another lady. She was rude. Beyond rude. The animals seemed to even cringe at the thought of being handled by her. She even swore and dropped a poor animal because she thought it would bite, claiming she hated handling the small animals and reptiles. I wont buy there ever again as long as she is there. I see another person shares my sentiments as well. I will also tell anyone who will listen to not spend their money there until she is gone. How can the owner allow someone like that to handle the animals??? It must be stressful for them.

Best pet place I’ve ever been to. They have the most nicest employees especially Shera! And the owner Joe? Is very knowledgeable!They always have answers to my questions and give me excellent recommendations for my Ferret (Jimonthy) which we got at PetPro and red tail boa (Evalina) who didn’t buy from Per pro but we buy food, bedding and anything else we need for out pets. This is an AMAZING pet shop!

I went in there to buy some Fiddler Crabs one day, and a week or so later, they died. I did all of my research, but did not have the chemicals and a few other things right, so they all died. I told Alex, he told me what I did wrong and what I need to do to fix it, set me up with the right things, and replaced my crabs for free. I highly recommend it. Great people, high knowledgeability, amazing customer service.
