Great local service. I know everything can be bought online at this point but it's good to have a local shop that can answer questions and make recommendations on food and other pet supplies. Like all dedicated pet shops prices can be a bit high but I find pet pros better than the bigger chains.

Prices are on par with the big chain stores. Very friendly and knowledgeable employees. Great discounts on repeat purchases.

Local business supporting local residents. Pet food selection and price point are reasonable. Good parking and friendly and attentive staff.

It's small and crowded but the staff were very helpful and friendly.

These guys carry all the same high end pet products as All the Best and Mud Bay and are similarly priced. What stands out is the customer service. I am always greeted at the door and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They have multiple frequent buyer programs. Would recommend to anyone.
