Worst experience ever no one greeted me or even said good morning no one bothered to assist me or ask if I needed help I was pretty much on my own maybe if the staff wasn't all wrapped up in guys arms check your cameras they could actually get something done and make some money one lady didn't even know what animal I was looking at I definitely will not be coming back or referring this place to anyone 1235 Providence store is a joke surprised they make any money at all horrible customer service

Love the discounts they give with their rewards program. Great prices otherwise too. I prefer this store over petco.
