I bought a fishtank, elite store brand, seems it has been discontinued.  I never from day 1 was able to get filters for it.  My fish are dying. I went in, explained that I need filters and all I get was a sorry we can't help you. Same fishtank still for sale at full price. Seriously?  You discontinue a tank without informing the customer that they will never be able to filter the water? I think a replacement is due as this is not my fault and I've spent good money on fish that have died. Filters also NOT available online. Let's be honest when selling products, fool me once.

The dude named Eric in the fish area was really cool, i saw him cleaning tanks and spraying reptiles, shows he cares and that's what i like to see. Always has time to interact with me and teaches me a couple of news things especially when it comes to Saltwater Fish, i love this guy and Petco.

People in there don't communicate enough. One person told me that they were doing adoption's,then another told me totally opposite. Needless to say I waited for hours,for nothing. P. S. I didn't live close to that one.
