I came in here today with my dog on a whim to have her nails trimmed and had a wonderful experience. Staff were all so friendly and courteous. Service was quick and I was impressed with how well they did her nails. They were also very sweet to my dog who is nervous about having her nails done.

I just visited this store today on (3/9/18)  looking to purchase a rat cage as well as other items for my Cats and other rodent accessories for my Boyfriend's Daughter's pet Rat. After shopping for a time, picked out some small items,  seen that they were out of stock of rat cages as well as many other things.  Upon asking for assistance from the cashier (which by the way was very helpful and courteous), who contacted who we assumed was the manager by radio,she, the Manager, was reluctant to come to the front of the store to assist us in any way and claimed that she couldn't make special orders nor offered any kind of explanation or reasoning and suggestions and just leaving all of us in limbo.  Plus she left the cashier in an unnecessary awkward position. I understand that there is a company phone with online info on store merchandise which was not presented to us by the Manager. Now I am finding out that Pets Supplies Plus does have an online store site and why couldn't the Manager have suggested that in the first place?  And there weren't many customers there aside from the Dog Groomers washing a couple dogs, no one really was in sight. With my experience today, I will not return to this location.

I go there for everything relating to my pets. I have 4 rabbits and I can usually find their bunny food on sale. The deals are good for supplies. However, I do see animals there, such as their bearded dragons, that they were selling too early and were still very fragile. Always make sure you check the ages before buying a pet at any pet store.
