I went into this petco and was looking for a special food for my dog. A worker named Faith helped me out and was so nice! She was very helpful and pleasant.

Love the variety of items for all animals. I've never tried the grooming, specifically because i've heard nothing but negative. Staff are always nice, they play with my dog when we go. My dog gets excited when he hears me ask him if he wants to go to the store. Their carts are higher, it makes it easier for my dog to sit in. Even though it's in a plaza there's a yard not that far down if you dog needs to pee/poop. Also they always have a treat for him when we check out. He's gotten to the point that when we check out he stares at the cashier waiting lol. Prices are a little steep so we use coupons.

I HATED the service. Particularly the grooming service. I can not count how many times I’ve told the employees to just give my dog a trim and not shave him and what do they do? SHAVE HIM! Winter is coming and my dog is going to suffer because of what these people did. Plus the employees are clueless on what they are doing. When asked for a trim on his hair they didn’t understand what I was saying and I stayed as calm as I could but in the end when my dog came out I flipped. It is amazing how many times I try and they fail! Don’t expect me to come here anytime soon!
