They've always got sales on items or substitute items you need. Furthermore, they are all animal lovers. You don't find that in a lot of businesses. Accountants who love number crunching in a system? Plumbers who love water flow and hydraulics? As a result, a professionalism and conscientiousness exists in the staff that is hard to find in other businesses (maybe a requisite to working there is to own a pet.) For example, while they had several de-worming treatments, they were knowledgeable about solutions, discussed whether these were good solutions (e.g. the natural remedies), and strongly emphasized that pathology (stool sample/FAE) and a professional vet was best because of the number of species. I gained an appreciation of their staff, how to spend my money and what was best for my little kitten.

Carry all of the good brands and have lots of extras for my pets. Good specials. Very helpful staff!

Not a large selection of fish, and water quality didnt look great. Dry goods and supplies selection was good though.

Good variety, but not exceptional. Their aquatics can be either very healthy or deadly to your tank, depending on who is looking after them and when the tanks/filters were cleaned
