It's generally kept very clean, and the employees are extremely helpful and conversational. The pet grooming we've used once or twice, and they've done a great job with our friendly beast of a dog. Decent selection of reptiles and fish, rodents, and a few cats, and there's always plenty of toys and products for pups.

This is a new store for us; before we moved, we went to a different big box pet store. This one is smaller, with a more intimate feel, however I still found everything I was looking for (I was shopping for dogs). Staff were friendly and helpful, plus their rewards system is $5 back for every $100.

Our 5 m/o Shih Tzu was a MESS!  I thought I had to wait for him to have ALL his shots before I could bring him for grooming.  Petco will groom a puppy after the first 2 rounds of "puppy shots."   Cassidy cautioned that the object is to get a groomed dog, BUT not for the pup to have a bad experience.  She was able to get him cleaned up and hair shortened a bit.  I will take him back every 2 weeks to get him accustomed to grooming until we get his hair short enough.  HE LOOKS WONDERFUL!!!  Everyone at the Farragut Petco is friendly, helpful, and FORGIVING for a SNAPPY little dog.  What patience!

One of the nicer stores I've been to in the Knoxville area. It is bigger with a bigger selection of products. Friendly helpful staff that will help you with whatever you need.

I've been here a few times, and overall it's been a good experience.  Very helpful staff.  I wish they had more items in store that is listed on the website, but they have always offered to order anything that I have inquired about.
