I work at their headquarters so I have to love it! But seriously this is one of our older stores but kept up to date because of its proximity to the mother ship. Known for friendly personal service and great selection of natural pet foods in a easy in & out store.

First time at South Lyon store. On 11/7/2015 at 4:30 bought a dog collar on sale and cat food. Cashier rang  more than what is was and I looked at receipt and told her it was on sale and showed her ." And she got upset and said I wish you would have told me sooner." Like it was my fault. I had no way to know what she is ringing up till I see receipt. How is it my fault. Waited ten more minutes for her to straighten it out with the Manager. I will not go there again. It just makes me mad everywhere you go now days its kids running these businesses and they have no manners anymore. Your lucky to get a thank you which I rarely get anymore. Its just here is your change.
