Good prices on pet supplies, we go through cat food and litter pretty quickly since we have 3 cats. You are required by law to take an immediate left after entering and look at the cats/kittens up for adoption, then say "Hey, you're a kitty! Yes you are!"

This is a great facility for boarding and grooming. By far the best prices for boarding and day camp. My dog started as a puppy going to camp. It’s become a second home for him at the hotel. He gets groomed as well and they do a great job!

I normally have a great experience here but starting today I will no longer choose this pet store . I recently needed to get some things fora kitten and I accidentally left the cat litter at the bottom of the cart . When I called to see if anyone had turned it in they said no and that even though I was just THERE they can not replace it. Why would I lie about loosing cat litter when I LITERALLY WAS JUST THERE! I only live 11 mins from this location . I purchased at 12:27 pm loaded my car got gas and arrived home at 1:00 pm and noticed I did not have the item . I called the store at 1:04 pm so where's the lie?! It's very unfortunate people are not honest and no one returned it but it's more unfortunate that I was treated like the liar. Most stores even grocery stores will replace the item . Even TARGET has replaced items I left behind . This is just totally unacceptable. The kicker is the store manager Nicole was the one that helped me with my purchase selections and showed no sympathy knowing that I'm new to owning a pet . Word of advice compassion goes a lot farther in life than being insensitive . I spent $112.89 at that establishment today and just Monday I spent $104 for my birds . I'm very disappointed with the customer service here .

I use the grooming salon and it’s fantastic. Jen is amazing and lavena. Both of them helped me out with my new puppy. Groom looked amazing
