Really nice helpful staff and they do price matching here. I've only been once so my review may change, but I was *very* impressed with the quality of service and prices here. Will definitely come back for any future purchases for my cat.

Used to love shopping here, however employees lately have been rude and seem uninterested in helping people.

The personnel were strange. I rody my Harley and had leather on. Treated me like a thug or something. Bad vibes, strange looks. I think they thought I'd rob or steal...Wouldnt recommend. Spent a lot on treats/toys..Didnt want to drive to Pet Smart but will from now on. Too expensive as well.
